Care of crystal-embellished products:  Your Twinkling Tee features individually handset crystals, and requires some special care. Tees should be turned inside out before washing, washed on cold and line-dried. Do not machine-dry, bleach, dry clean, or iron your tee as the chemicals and heat may cause crystals to loosen.
 
Our Swarovski Havaiana flip flops should be treated with care to prevent damage to or loss of crystals. Avoid extreme heat, water, and sand. While your sandals are created using the fienst materials to ensure quaility, stones can come loose. Twinkling Tees is not responsible for any loss of stones.
 
 
Shipping information: Please see individual product information for shipping times. Should you order other products along with your Twinkling Tees, those items will ship separately from your tees.
 
Shipping charge within the continental United States is $5 for the first item purchased, and $1 for each additional item. Shipping charge to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii is $6 for the first item purchased, and $2 for each additional item.

Each package we send has a delivery confirmation number as proof of delivery. Once the carrier has provided confirmation of delivery via this number, customer's order is considered to have been delivered;Twinkling Tees is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. No refund will be issued and no items will be replaced if carrier has updated package information as "Delivered".

Any package returned to us as "undeliverable" is not eligible for a refund but can be reshipped, if desired, at customer's expense.

 
Payment: Twinkling Tees accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as via Paypal.
 
Return policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, Twinkling Tees is unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, Twinkling Tees must be notified within 3 business days of delivery. All items must be returned for our inspection before an identical replacement product can be sent. If we confirm that the product is defective, or that a mistake was made by Twinkling Tees in personalization, we will reimburse customer's shipping cost for the return, and provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered. Should we determine that the product is not defective or that the error in personalization was not made by Twinkling Tees, the cost of shipping the product to and from Twinkling Tees will be the customer's respsonsibility.
 
 
Price adjustments: Coupon codes and special sale offers are not valid on prior orders. All coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase. Coupon codes and special sale offers are valid on website orders only, and are not applicable toward custom orders.
 
 
Privacy policy: We will not share your email address or telephone number! From time to time, we notify our customers of special sales and promotions; you will always be given the option to unsubscribe from further mailings.
