Due to the custom nature of our personalized Mothers' and Grandmothers' Bracelets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

 

Please choose your size of necklace and bracelet carefully, as we must charge for resizing. Resizing charges are $10 for a single strand bracelet, $15 for a double strand bracelet, and $20 for a triple strand bracelet. Shipping costs for resizing are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We believe that our bracelets are made with the finest and most durable materials available, but do understand that accidents happen. We will restring your bracelet free of charge if it breaks (return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer) within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we charge a minimal fee of $10 per strand. If any beads are missing you will be charged our cost for the necessary beads to repair your item(s) regardless of date of purchase.

 

Care: Sterling silver will tarnish over time, so a pretreated sterling silver jewelry polishing cloth is recommended for cleaning. Lightly rub your jewelry with the polishing cloth and try to avoid pulling as this may cause stretching and/or breaking. Never use a liquid sterling silver cleaner as this could damage your jewelry.
