Frequently Asked Questions
What brand of shirts do you use? Your Twinkling Tee will be created using an American Apparel brand tee. Please be sure to note that American Apparel shirts are shaped to fit the female form. They run small and are meant to fit snugly, to flatter girls' and women's shapes. Please be sure to view the sizing information before deciding on a size - if you're unsure, it's best to order a size larger!
How are your Tees sized? Your Twinkling Tee is styled for a fitted look and you'll want to keep that in mind when selecting your size - if you're unsure, it's best to order one size up. If you're still not sure - contact me and I'll be happy to help you determine the best size for you or your child!
Do you offer larger sizes than I see listed? Absolutely! Extended sizes for women (up to a 3X) are available using Anvil brand tees, which have a more relaxed fit and are a great choice for women of all sizes who prefer a looser cut for their tees. And they come in TONS of colors which is a fun plus as well! A special order charge of $5 per order (NOT per shirt!) is applied for these tees. Please contact me if you'd like to place an order using one of these tees!
When can I expect to receive my Twinkling Tees? Normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. However, I am always happy to rush an order whenever possible - just email me before placing your order so that we can talk about what I can do to get your Tee to you when you need it!
Do you accept returns? Each Twinkling Tee is custom made just for you. As a result, I am not able to accept returns. This includes returns for size - so please be sure to view the sizing information before you order!
What if I don't know what I want? I'd love to help you figure out the very best design for your Twinkling Tee! Just email me and we'll go from there!
Do you accept custom orders? Yes - I LOVE to do custom orders. In fact, many of the designs you see on the site started out as a custom order. Just contact me and we'll work together to design the perfect Tee for you!
What if I'd like something other than a tee shirt? Let's have some fun - I can do most anything you'd like, from tote bags to baby caps to blankets, hoodies and matching yoga pants, diaper covers, and more! Contact me and we'll chat about what you have in mind!
