This crossover style is a mix between a tutu dress and a pettidress. The "pettitu" skirt bottom is made of two soft layers of English netting with an underskirt lining. It is trimmed with a ruffle at the hem. The top is your choice of tank top, short sleeves, or long sleeves. Birthday Princess design features pink rhinestuds, clear rhinestones, and silver heart shaped rhinestuds.
