Poufy skirt bottom is made of yards of your choice of bubblegum pink or hot pink English netting with a matching pink interlock knit underskirt lining. It is trimmed with a ruffle at the hem and pearl stitching at the waist and sewn onto your choice of black tank top, puff shoulder short sleeve tee, or long sleeve tee. Custom birthday number is made of hundreds of sparkly rhinestones and rhinestuds.
